All prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid mailing tube. Miultoiple prints can be combined in one tube.
Shipping times may vary depending on location, all of our printing and framing take place on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
We will provide tracking information once shipped.
Shipping for fine art prints is available worldwide for a flat rate of $50.

All of our framed artworks are custom made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and then shipping time. Please get in touch if you have a deadline and we can do our best to accommodate.
Local deliveries (Gold Coast) are taken care of by our framing team who will make contact to organise a suitable time with you. All other deliveries are packed and delivered by either Australia post or a courier company, we will provide you with tracking details once shipped. Shipping times are dependent on location.
Upon delivery it is important that you check your piece to ensure it has arrived in perfect condition. We do not hold responsibility for damage after delivery has taken place.
Framed pieces, stretched canvas and framed canvas can not be shipped outside of Australia.
As our pieces are all custom made, we ask you please choose carefully as we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind after your order has been placed.
Our pieces are carefully quality checked and packed for shipping however if there is faulty or damaged during transit noted at the time of delivery, please get in touch with us.
All pieces should be securely mounted and hung on appropriate walls using appropriate equipment/hooks/screws. Please handle your piece with great care, glass can be broken and frames damaged if not handled correctly, we always recommend a professional or an art installer for large scale pieces to be hung appropriately.
It is the customer’s responsibility to hang pieces properly and we take no responsibility for damage or injury to the piece or any person once delivered. All pieces should be ideally positioned to avoid full sun and element exposure for best longevity.
Please handle fine art prints with care. Your print will be rolled in pristine condition by our printing team wrapped in acid free tissue paper and put in your postal tube. When removing the print please handle with great care as prints can crease if not handled correctly. Never touch the image side of the print, as this may leave marks, we will always use a white border surrounding your print for easy handling.
